    Merhaba Arkadaşlar,

    3 Dairelik (tek Tapu) bir Evimiz var. Evin daha Borcu var.
    Sorum:
    Dairenin birisini Çocuğa vermek istiyoruz.
    Evi tek tek Daireye çevirmek gerekiyormu, Banka ile nasıl bir anlaşma yapılması gerek,Noter ve diğer Masraflar ve ne gibi masraflar geliyor?
