    Default Kan sekeri degerleri ne olmali?

    Arkadaslar irkac gündür cok su icmeye basladim. Birde ellerimi daha sicak hissetmeye basladim. Seker yükselmis olabilir dediler. Dün yemekten birsaat sonra sekeri ölctüm 84 cikmisti, bugun ise yemekten 4 saat sonra ölctüm 137 cikti.

    Bu degerlere göre kafam karisti biraz. Seker ölcümünü yanlismi yaptim acaba?
