    1999 öncesi maaslar yüksek baglaniyor derken 1990-1999 arasini mi anlamaliyiz yoksa 1999 dan önceki tüm dönemlerimi?

    Benim 18 yasindan sonra 01.08.83 - 31.12.99 senelerim var.
    Basvuru formunun "borclanmak istediginiz süre" yani 11. bölümüne31.08.83-31.12.99 yazdim. SSK bana " bunu degistirin 01.08.83- arkasini bos birakin" dedi.

    Bunun sebebi ne olabilir acaba?
