    15 senedir ayni dairede oturuyorum.Ev sahibinden bugün mektup geldi , Mietvertrag in bir maddesini degistiriyor.Artik mietkaution la ugrasmak istemiyormus ve benim 15 sene önce ödedigin 1200 mark i geri iade edecekmis.

    Bunu yapmasinin altinda baska bir sebeb olabilir mi ? Evden cikarmak gibi ?

    Birde bu parayi euro olarak öderken nasil hesaplanacak 15 senelik faizide ödeyecek mi ?
