    Merhaba arkadaslar,

    benim daire kirada ayda 450€ soguk kira getiriyor.
    Borcu 10 yillik fest ama seneye bitiyor yaklasik 70000€ elimde dairenin borcunu ödeyecek miktarda nakit var.

    Simdi biraz kararsizim !!!

    Borcu sifirlasam´mi yoksa faizler düsük krediye devam´mi ???

    Sizin görüslerinizi ve düsüncelerinizi bu konu üzeri alabilirmiyim. Finazamt´a vergi ......
