Mantık böyle çalışmaz maalesef hocam.

Çünkü biletten st, e, user_id parametreleri alınıyor zaten. Yani bunları sizin #ExtM3u ile output yapmanız işe yaramaz.
Bizim biletten alınmış m3u8 URL'sini, her fx.php'yi çalıştırdığımzda #ExtM3U output'u olarak almamız lazım.
Yani #ExtM3u'dan sonraki yerlerde, biletten alınmış URL'nin görünmesi lazım.
Zaten bize URL'yi bilet veriyor, bu yüzden bu URL'nin php'nin içinde olması mantıksız olur.
